- The majority of our interview process takes place virtually with at least one stage onsite. The onsite interview can be adapted to be virtual if requested by the candidate.
- Google Meet is used for our virtual interviews (which includes captioning functionality)
- If you are travelling to our office for an in-person interview, the office has:
- Step-free access into the Ophelos office and interview rooms.
Example adjustments that we can consider:
- Extending interview time.
- Extending time for take-home tasks.
- Making the assessment environment account for sensory needs (lighting, sounds, etc).
